RETURNS AND EXCHANGESYou can return (exchange) goods ordered in our online store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if this product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return (exchange) in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.
Mandatory conditions for returning or exchanging goods:
- The goods must be fully completed
- The presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels
- Compliance with the product appearance (no traces of use or fitting)
Before returning or exchanging goods, you must contact the manager +38(066)03-999-08 to apply for a return (exchange). Returns are made by Nova Poshta or at the pick-up point at 64 Heroiv Dnipra Street, office 1, 04214, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Return of goods via Nova Poshta
- Goods can be returned (exchanged) by Nova Poshta within 14 days after receiving the order.
- To send the goods, you must call +38 (066) 039-99-08 to obtain the details for sending the manager's return.
- The goods are shipped at the buyer's expense. Except in the case of goods of inadequate quality - in this case, the client does not have to pay for delivery.
- After sending the goods, you must call +38 (066) 039-99-08 to inform the manager of the declaration number.
- After returning the goods, provided that their consumer properties and presentation are preserved, a refund is made within 14 days after shipment.
Please note:
* In case of returning goods of inadequate quality, the store will bear the shipping costs. To do this, you must provide a receipt for sending the goods.
* If the sent goods are not subject to return, the store is forced to send them at the buyer's expense.
* Refunds, if the goods are sent via Nova Poshta, are made to the buyer's account.
* If the goods are not working (damaged), an exchange or return of the goods is possible only if there is a conclusion from a service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated.
The term for crediting funds to the recipient's account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank and is usually from 1 to 5 banking days.
